Customer Policy Overview
1. Package Handling: Customers are not permitted to open their packages while the courier is present. If there are any issues or defects with the product, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the matter as soon as possible.
2. Refund Timelines:
• Bags and Clothing: Refunds for bags and clothing will be processed within 14 days.
• Head Caps: Please note that we do not offer refunds for head caps.
• Scarves: You have up to 4 days to request a refund for scarves.
